Fermentation Associate Scientist
Interested in joining a team of Scientists who are developing and commercialising an alternative protein feed ingredient?
Do you hold an MSc and have a couple of years’ experience handling fermentation processes and equipment?
Or... are you a recent PhD graduate who has studied within Fermentation?
Our client works within livestock, fish and pet nutrition to produce a sustainable protein product through natural fermentation.
Analysing fermentation samples through microbiological and analytical techniques to designing experiments, analysing and interpreting results, you will be part of a growing business, developing and improving your skills.
An understanding of Microbial Physiology is required and experience working with various fermentation modes including batch and fed batch continuous is essential - HPLC, plating and cell counts techniques would be a plus!
